Private Lessons

The structure of a private lesson depends on your child’s goals and what you hope to achieve from the sessions. You can choose to focus on competition preparation (CPAF), technique, or a combination of both. Private lessons require a term or quarterly commitment and are available either weekly or fortnightly, with invoicing structured accordingly. Each session runs for 30 minutes, and parents are welcome to stay or leave. Recordings are permitted at any time.

Liability Waiver / Terms & Conditions

As a participant, or as the parent/legal guardian of the participant, I voluntarily elect to participate (or allow my child to participate) in the arts classes provided by Leilani Beth Seeto Thomas.

I understand that while Leilani Beth Seeto Thomas will uphold their responsibility to provide active supervision and maintain safe practices, there are inherent risks associated with activities such as acting, singing, and dancing. These risks include, but are not limited to, potential injuries to bones, joints, tendons, ligaments, and muscles.

In the event that I (or my child) experience an injury or have concerns about a possible injury, I agree to promptly consult a medical professional and notify Leilani Beth Seeto Thomas.

I acknowledge and agree that Leilani Beth Seeto Thomas is not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred during participation, except to the extent covered by applicable liability insurance. I also understand that I am responsible for any medical costs arising from injuries sustained while participating.

Furthermore, I authorise Leilani Beth Seeto Thomas, or another qualified first-aid responder, to administer First Aid or arrange for professional medical treatment in the event of an emergency, or the participant’s parent/legal guardian cannot be reached.

By checking this box, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
